Why would they give that small delay? Once a certain number of consecutive hits or successful blocks have been made, a damage multiplier will be displayed. With the Power Spike passive from the Naramon School, the Melee Combo Counter decays by 20 / 15 / 10 / 5 every reset, instead of depleting completely. I am currently a mostly solo pre-SP player, but have plat to get additional mods if they are locked behind Arbies or something (Waiting on a pal so I can finish the painful zones like the spoiler meteor house rescue/disrupt, Sedna Intercept, etc that are painful as hecc solo. Why is this a feature? Replenishing the counter works the same as without the passive.
